Call Centre Representative - Birmingham

As a Call Centre Representative, you will provide an efficient telephone support service to our customers to assist them with maximising their usage of our web delivered applications. You will be required to meet agreed service levels and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Specific duties will include maintaining and updating internal support notes, maintaining a thorough understanding of product knowledge, new enhancements, and, programs. You will also provide an in-depth analysis into problems where specialist knowledge is required.


  • Excellent Communication skills both written and oral; Good clear telephone manner
  • Ability to write detailed follow up notes for business reporting; attention to detail
  • Reliability and ability to work under pressure with the ability to solve problems quickly and thoroughly
  • Ability to work on a team with great personal initiative
  • Knowledge of the motor trade is an advantage, but not essential
