Technical Support Analyst - Birmingham

As a Technical Support Analyst, you will provide support via phone and email for customers using our web delivered applications with the occasional opportunity to support on-site with the software education team. You will establish and maintain a working relationship with customers across the UK and will be responsible for identifying and investigating in technical issues and resolving the problem. This is an ideal position for someone looking to progress within a growing technology company while developing technical skills!

Training

Paid Training! This role will begin with a 6-12 month training program in our Glasgow office. If you are living in an area outside of Glasgow, we will provide accommodations during your training period and cover any travel home during the weekends. Training will include classroom training and online classes to educate you on our software, the industry, and overall business operations. In addition, you will have the opportunity to apply your classroom knowledge in a real-world setting by traveling to our client-sites with the software education team. Once you complete the training program, you will then be based out of the Birmingham office.

Skills and Experience

  • Degree in the area of Computer Science/IT or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Knowledgeable working with PC’s and Internet browser based applications
  • Previous experience working in a help desk environment and familiarity with SQL server preferred
