OEM Lead Management Hub Technology
Contact Advantage offers a complete lead management solution to provide control over the two-way lead management (receipts and acknowledgements) between manufacturers and dealers for a growing number of OEM’s. Our hub technology supports huge amounts of data collected from over 15 different showroom, lead management, CRM and DMS systems. This data is filtered and aggregated to provide the OEM business managers with a homogenised view (regardless of the source of the data) at national, regional, zone and dealer levels.
The best combination for a dealer (or manufacturer) is to use the Contact Advantage application as their front-end showroom solution to collect data, manage leads, as well as the hub technology. However, some dealers don't experience the full benefits. Where this is not the case, we do nevertheless pull in data and still provide the OEM view.
