OEM Lead Management Hub Technology
Contact Advantage's Hub and reporting suite offers a complete lead management solution to provide control over the two-way lead management (receipts and acknowledgements) between OEMs and dealers. Our Hub technology supports huge amounts of data collected from many different showroom, lead management, CRM and DMS systems. This data is filtered and aggregated to provide the OEMs with a homogenised view (regardless of the source of the data) at national, regional, zone and dealer levels.
The best combination for a dealer (or OEM) is to use the Contact Advantage's Claro application as their front-end showroom solution to collect data, manage leads, as well as the hub technology to provide OEMs with a clear picture of what is happening within their Retailer networks. However, some dealers don't experience the full benefits. Where this is not the case, we do nevertheless pull in data and still provide the OEM view.
