A Peek Inside the Reynolds Culture
With more than 150 years of operations, the Reynolds and Reynolds business is a clear success. But, what helps us stay successful over the years is somewhat of a secret outside our four walls. That secret is our culture. Here’s a peek into five areas of our culture that separate us from other businesses and contribute to the company’s long-term success:
Health and Wellness
We promote healthy habits that help make employees more productive and engaged, both professionally and personally. For example, we offer discounted membership at a local fitness club, as well as actively supporting employees with our 200 Club to achieve at least 200 minutes of physical activity each week. In addition we have discounted health schemes and confidential, 24/7 support services available to all employees and their immediate family.
We strive to provide employees with an environment that includes the right balance between work and family. Providing many activities with colleagues, such as company-sponsored charity events, as well as a company picnic to involve employees’ family members, a Christmas party and other departmental meet-ups throughout the year.
Employee recognition is very important to us. Apart from a strong focus on employee referrals and promotion from within, we have a number of award programs to help recognise employees for the work they do for the company and in the local community, including both an annual birthday party recognising outstanding employee achievements as well as a monthly employee of the month initiative.
Sense of Purpose
Once you begin your career with us, we offer a number of opportunities to learn more about the company, our history, and our leadership. These opportunities help you learn how your work aligns with company goals and contributes to its overall success.
We encourage employees to roll up their sleeves and get involved in charitable events helping raise money for some great causes. This is one thing that sets us apart. These involves Children in Need, Hats for Headway (a local hospital), quiz nights (supporting various charities close to employees' hearts), Christmas Jumper Day, Genes for Jeans to name a few.
What Our Employees Say
Reynolds & Reynolds cultivates a work hard, play hard environment for our employees offering insights acquired throughout an employee's career, and sharing the philosophy with others. We want to introduce you to more than just a job opening, and provide an insight into what it's like to work at our company.
