For example, we offer discounted membership at a local fitness club, as well as actively supporting employees with our 200 Club to achieve at least 200 minutes of physical activity each week. In addition we have discounted health schemes and confidential, 24/7 support services available to all employees and their immediate family.

We strive to provide employees with an environment that includes the right balance between work and family. Providing many activities with colleagues, such as company-sponsored charity events, as well as a company picnic to involve employees’ family members, a Christmas party and other departmental meet-ups throughout the year.
