Part Time Facilities Worker

Reynolds and Reynolds is currently seeking a Facilities Worker to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for all phases of building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, landscaping and mechanical work. Specific job tasks will include, but are not limited to, drywall repair, working with modular furniture, clogged drains, door closures, lamp/ballast replacement, painting, ceiling tile replacement and other building related maintenance tasks as they arise. Training will be hands on to learn the position, standards and building.

Skills

  • Experience in Maintenance/Facilities field is preferred
  • Interest in working with hands in a wide variety of circumstances and conditions
  • Ability to work on a team and respond quickly to requests
  • Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks according to level of importance
  • Good attention to detail and pride in work
  • Ability to follow and give clear and written instructions

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and maneuver/transport objects weighing up to 200-300 lbs
  • Able to work outside or on ladders for long periods of time
  • Willing to be ‘on call’ outside of office hours in case of emergencies
  • Full driving license
  • Available for occasional weekend work to oversee and/or perform tasks required to be completed when office is empty
