Kenny is also responsible for the deployment of customer support, new product development and UI/UX functions.

  1. What is your job role? I am the Operations Manager at Contact Advantage and my responsibilities include customer support and new product development.
     
  2. How would you describe Claro in three words? Customer Focused Solution.
     
  3. What are your top highlights of working at Contact Advantage? Being with Contact Advantage for the entire journey to date. Building a team that delivers best in class support to our customers. Helping to develop our offering to meet the needs of our customers.
     
  4. When you are not working, what do you like to do? Golf is my main passion and I love playing a few rounds at my local club. I am involved with our local rugby club where I played rugby and both of my sons played there as well.
     
  5. What is the one thing that you couldn’t live without? My 4 iron.
     
  6. Who would you like to swap shoes for a day? Tiger Woods.
     
  7. If you could only eat one meal every day, what would it be? Roast lamb.
     
  8. Favourite film? Step Brothers
    Favourite series? Dexter
    Favourite actor? Will Ferrell
